Daily inspection

Deep cleaning

After the operation is completed, use a high-pressure water gun to rinse the hopper and the conveyor chain, with a focus on clearing the gap of the anti-blocking plate at the discharge port to prevent residual fertilizer from corroding the components.

Maintenance of key components

The hydraulic oil should be replaced every 500 hours, the gearbox should be replenished with high-temperature resistant grease every 1,000 hours, and the chain should be coated with special anti-wear agent every 300 hours.
